使用 HasLili 綠洲, 即表示你同意這份條款。如果你不同意其中任何一部分, 請不要使用本網站。

By using the HasLili Oasis, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

2. 這是什麼 —— 也不是什麼 · What This Is — and Is Not

HasLili 是一個數位藝術與 IP 宇宙:角色、靈魂測驗、圖書館、故事與療癒主題的內容。這些內容是為了自我反思、創作與陪伴而存在, 屬於娛樂與探索性質。它「不是」專業的醫療、心理、財務或法律建議, 也不能取代它們。如果你正處於情緒危機, 請聯絡你所在地的專業人員或緊急服務 —— 那才是真正能即時接住你的地方。

HasLili is a digital art and IP universe: characters, soul tests, a library, stories, and healing-themed content. It exists for self-reflection, creativity, and companionship — it is entertainment and exploration. It is NOT, and cannot replace, professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. If you are in emotional crisis, please contact a professional or emergency services where you live — that is what can truly hold you in the moment.

3. 預設免費 · Free by Default

所有靈魂測驗、圖書館內容與 IP 宇宙都是免費的, 使用核心體驗不需要付費。若未來推出選用的付費項目(例如實體周邊、藝術印刷、限量品), 都會清楚標示。

All soul tests, library content, and the IP universe are free. No payment is needed for the core experience. If optional paid items appear in future (such as merchandise, art prints, or limited editions), they will be clearly labelled.

4. AI 生成的內容 · AI-Generated Content

綠洲裡的角色、對話與測驗解讀, 多由 AI 協助生成或創作。它們是為了啟發與陪伴, 可能不準確、也可能只是富有詩意的想像 —— 請把它們當成一面鏡子, 而不是事實或預言。最終怎麼解讀、怎麼做決定, 都在你自己手上。

Characters, dialogue, and test readings in the Oasis are largely AI-assisted or AI-created. They are meant to inspire and accompany, may be inaccurate, and may simply be poetic imagination — treat them as a mirror, not as fact or prophecy. How you interpret them, and what you decide, is always your own.

5. Web3 與加密(選用) · Web3 & Crypto (Optional)

部分頁面(例如天使盟約)提供選用的 Web3 錢包互動, 完全是自願參與。任何與 HasLili 生態相關的代幣, 定位為社群／功能型代幣, 「不是」投資商品。加密市場波動極大, 請只用你輸得起的錢參與。我們不對任何未來價值做出保證, 本網站任何內容都不構成財務或投資建議。

Some pages (such as the Soul Covenant) offer optional, opt-in Web3 wallet interactions. Any tokens associated with the HasLili ecosystem are community/utility tokens — NOT investment products. Crypto markets are highly volatile; participate only with what you can afford to lose. We make no guarantee of future value, and nothing on this site is financial or investment advice.

6. 鏈上交易不可逆 · On-Chain Transactions Are Irreversible

你選擇簽署的任何區塊鏈交易, 都是透過底層鏈上的智能合約執行, 不可逆轉、不可退款。請在錢包裡確認每一個細節後再送出。也再提醒一次:我們永遠不會跟你索取私鑰或助記詞。

Any blockchain transaction you choose to sign executes via smart contracts on the underlying chain — irreversible and non-refundable. Verify every detail in your wallet before confirming. And again: we will never ask you for your private key or seed phrase.

7. 使用者行為 · Acceptable Use

請善意使用綠洲:不要拿它做違法、傷害他人、騷擾、散布惡意程式或試圖破壞網站的事。我們希望這裡是一個讓人安心的地方, 也請你一起守護它。

Please use the Oasis in good faith: don't use it for anything unlawful, harmful to others, harassing, malware-related, or aimed at breaking the site. We want this to be a place that feels safe — please help keep it that way.

8. 智慧財產 · Intellectual Property

HasLili 宇宙 —— 角色設計、名字、文字與視覺風格 —— 是花亮與 HasLili 社群的創作。個人分享與同人創作非常歡迎、也鼓勵;商業使用則需要取得授權。關於 Miya 的部分, 請帶著一份溫柔對待。需要授權請透過下方聯絡。

The HasLili Universe — character designs, names, written content, and visual style — is the creative work of Larry and the HasLili community. Personal sharing and fan creations are welcome and encouraged; commercial use requires permission. Please treat anything about Miya with gentleness. For licensing, reach out below.

9. 免責與責任限制 · Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
