1. 資料最小化 · Data Minimization

我們相信「能不收的就不收」。瀏覽綠洲、做靈魂測驗、讀圖書館, 都不需要註冊帳號, 也不會要你的姓名、電話或地址。只有在你「主動」留下時(例如加入等候名單、寄訊息給我們), 我們才會拿到那一點點資料。

We believe in collecting as little as possible. Browsing the Oasis, taking soul tests, and reading the library require no account — we don't ask for your name, phone, or address. We only receive data you voluntarily give us (e.g. joining a waitlist or messaging us).

2. 我們會收集什麼 · What We Collect

可能包含:(1) 你主動提供的聯絡方式(如電子郵件);(2) 你選擇連接的 Web3 錢包地址(選用);(3) 測驗時你輸入的內容與產生的解讀, 用來讓你之後能回看;(4) 存在你瀏覽器本地的偏好設定(如語言、工作階段);(5) 匿名、彙總的造訪統計(若有)。我們不會建立你的個人廣告檔案。

This may include: (1) contact details you provide (such as email); (2) a Web3 wallet address if you choose to connect one (optional); (3) inputs you enter during a test and the reading it generates, so you can revisit it; (4) preferences stored locally in your browser (language, session); (5) anonymous, aggregated visit statistics (if any). We do not build advertising profiles of you.

3. 我們如何使用 —— 以及絕不做什麼 · How We Use It — and What We Never Do

我們只用這些資料來:讓網站運作、記住你的偏好、把你的測驗結果留給你看、以及在你聯絡時回覆你。我們「不會」販售、出租或交易你的個人資料, 也不會為了廣告而把它交給第三方。

We use this only to: run the site, remember your preferences, keep your readings available to you, and reply when you reach out. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, and we do not hand it to third parties for advertising.

4. Cookies 與本地儲存 · Cookies & Local Storage

我們使用少量「第一方」的本地儲存來記住你的語言與工作階段狀態, 沒有第三方廣告追蹤器。若未來加入匿名分析以了解哪些頁面對人有幫助, 我們只會看彙總數據, 不會回推到個人, 並會更新本政策。

We use minimal first-party local storage to remember your language and session state. We use no third-party advertising trackers. If we add anonymous analytics in future, we will only view aggregated data — never tied back to an individual — and will update this policy.

5. 區塊鏈資料是公開且永久的 · On-Chain Data Is Public & Permanent

如果你選擇連接錢包或簽署任何鏈上動作(例如天使盟約), 你的錢包地址與該筆交易, 會依區塊鏈本身的性質「公開且永久」地記錄在鏈上。這超出我們能刪除或更改的範圍 —— 這是公開帳本的本質, 不是我們的選擇。連接錢包永遠是選用的。

If you connect a wallet or sign any on-chain action (e.g. the Soul Covenant), your wallet address and that transaction become public and permanent on the blockchain by its very nature. This is beyond our ability to delete or alter — it is how a public ledger works, not our choice. Connecting a wallet is always optional.

6. 第三方服務 · Third-Party Services

為了讓綠洲運作, 我們會用到一些基礎服務 —— 例如網站託管、資料庫、以及你自己的錢包提供商。這些服務在處理通過它們的資料時, 各自遵循它們自己的隱私條款。我們會盡量只選擇我們信任的服務。

To keep the Oasis running we rely on infrastructure such as web hosting, a database, and your own wallet provider. Each handles any data passing through it under its own privacy terms. We try to use only services we trust.

7. 你的權利(無論你住在哪裡) · Your Rights (Wherever You Live)

我們以「通用」的方式對待你的權利, 不分國籍:你可以要求查看我們持有關於你的資料、更正、刪除、取得一份副本, 或隨時撤回你曾給過的同意。鏈上資料因前述原因無法刪除, 其餘的我們會盡力配合。要行使這些權利, 透過下方聯絡方式告訴我們即可。

We honour your rights universally, regardless of nationality: you may ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, get a copy, or withdraw any consent you previously gave, at any time. On-chain data cannot be deleted for the reason above; for everything else, we will do our best to comply. To exercise these rights, just contact us below.

8. 兒童與青少年 · Children & Minors

綠洲不是針對兒童設計的, 我們不會刻意向未滿 16 歲的人收集個人資料。部分內容涉及情緒與療癒主題, 若你未成年, 建議在信任的大人陪伴下使用。若你發現有未成年人留下了個人資料, 請聯絡我們, 我們會移除。

The Oasis is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. Some content touches on emotional and healing themes; if you are a minor, we suggest using it alongside a trusted adult. If you believe a minor has left personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

9. 安全 · Security

我們會採取合理的措施保護資料。但沒有任何網路服務能保證 100% 安全, 我們無法做出絕對的承諾。請也好好保管你自己的錢包私鑰與助記詞 —— 我們永遠不會、也沒有必要跟你索取它們。

We take reasonable measures to protect data. But no online service can guarantee 100% security, and we cannot promise the absolute. Please also safeguard your own wallet's private keys and seed phrase — we will never, and never need to, ask you for them.

10. 跨境使用 · International Use

綠洲面向全世界。為了提供服務, 你的資料可能在不同地區被儲存或處理。使用本網站即表示你理解並同意這一點。你也需自行確認在你所在地使用本網站符合當地法律。

The Oasis is offered worldwide. To provide the service, your data may be stored or processed in various regions. By using the site you understand and accept this. You are also responsible for ensuring your use of the site is lawful where you live.

11. 政策變更 · Changes

HasLili 還在成長, 本政策可能隨之調整。頁面上方的「最後更新」日期, 代表最近一次修訂。
